Science communication is navigating unprecedented complexities in an era of "wicked" scientific problems—issues so intricate that science can inform, but not fully resolve, policy disputes. This talk identifies three primary challenges confronting science communicators today: combatting pervasive misinformation, recognizing the subjective nature of truth shaped by individual biases and algorithmically curated news environments, and fostering meaningful, "good-faith" public engagement.

This event is organised by the Climate Transformation Programme.

Registration is limited so please sign-up before 24 March: https://bit.ly/3DCpiBd
