The Earth Observatory of Singapore co-organized the 9th installment of the Chinese-American Oceanic and Atmospheric Association’s (COAA) International Conference on Atmosphere, Ocean, and Climate Change (ICAOCC). Established in May 1993, COAA has long been a communication platform for the Chinese-American atmospheric and oceanic research and education community. Typically held once every three years, the last ICAOCC prior to the pandemic was held in Nanjing, in July 2019.
